Returns or Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only offer the option of returning or exchanging your purchase if the item(s) are received damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We strive to first replace any items received damaged or defective before issuing any refunds. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a similar item, send us an email at info@540brands.com referencing the replacement you would like to receive and send your damaged item(s) to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account for use on a future purchase.
Sale or closeout items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or closeout items cannot be refunded.
Reselling Products via E-Commerce
Retailer shall not offer Products for sale or fulfill sales of Products through any website defined as an E-commerce marketplace. “E-commerce marketplaces” are online commercial sites that allow third-party postings, including but not limited to sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wal-Mart Marketplace, Alibaba, Flipkart, SnapDeal, Taobao, etc. Selling on E-commerce marketplaces is strictly prohibited. E-commerce sites are monitored for content on a regular basis, and the company shall strictly enforce this policy. Retailer is not restricted from reselling received products on its own proprietary web site. Any action by Retailer that violates these terms is subject to immediate suspension of purchasing privileges and removal from the company’s wholesale program, together with compensating the company for any damages sustained by the company and the company’s costs of enforcement, including attorneys’ fees.
